ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn more about a large police presence on Genesee Street near Monica Street on Rochester’s southwest side.
Our crew at the scene sees part of Genesee Street and Seward Street blocked off, multiple Rochester Police officers, State Troopers, Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies, Brighton Police, and a helicopter flying in the area.
