ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Genesee County woman is facing felony DWI charges after Livingston County Sheriff’s deputies say she drove under the influence with two teenagers in her car.
Deputies say they stopped Heaven D’Augustino, 20, on July 22, after observing erratic driving while in the parking lot on the Hemlock fairgrounds.
D’Augustino was arrested for felony DWI under Leandra’s Law and endangering the welfare of a child.
She was arraigned and released.
