ROCHESTER, N.Y. — We’re working to learn more about a car that flipped near the intersection of Dewey Avenue and West Ridge Road on Saturday afternoon. An emergency presence is on the scene.
Our photojournalist went to the scene. He said he saw someone being put on a stretcher and into an ambulance.
