ROCHESTER, N.Y. — New York’s black bass fishing season starts Monday!
Anglers can now catch largemouth and smallmouth bass through November 30. The Department of Environment Conservation (DEC) says regulations can vary depending on the body of water.
People are encouraged to check local rules first. Officials say it’s another way for New Yorkers to enjoy the outdoors.
