ROCHESTER, N.Y. — At around 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, Rochester police say a woman was dropped off at Rochester General Hospital with at least one gunshot wound. Leading to three people at a party on Portland Avenue being charged.
The female Rochester resident, 34, was taken to the hospital by private vehicle, having non-life-threatening injuries.
After determining the location of the shooting, officers say they located the three individuals at the party: a 24-year-old female, 50 -year-old male, and a 29-year-old male. All three were charged with criminal possession of a weapon and tampering with physical evidence.
None of the suspects were charged with shooting the victim and the investigation is ongoing, police say.
