Teen arrested after police say he shot 16-year-old on Warwick Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police have found and arrested the suspect in the Oct. 9 murder of a 16-year-old boy on Warwick Avenue.

At about 11 p.m. Oct. 9, Aajion Wright, 16, was found in a driveway with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

On Nov. 3, Rochester Police announced Ke’yon Warren, also 16, has been identified as the shooter. On Thursday, Warren was found by the United States Marshals Violent Felony Fugitive Task Force and the Monroe County Sheriffs Office Warrant squad in the City of Rochester.

Warren was arrested on a sealed indictment warrant, and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He is scheduled to be in court in December.
