BUFFALO, N.Y. — A 40-year-old man will serve 88 months in prison for selling meth.
Chad Burgess, of Rochester, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute five grams of meth. On March 26, 2025, federal prosecutors say a search warrant was executed by the Niagara County Drug Taskforce at a home on Locust Street for suspected narcotics trafficking.
During the search, officers recovered about 125 grams of meth and about 45 grams of crack cocaine. According to prosecutors, Burgess admitted that the meth and crack cocaine was his, and was bought about 1-2 days prior.
