ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester police say a 23-year-old Rochester man is stable after being shot at least once in the lower body on Canton Street, near Otis Street, on Friday evening.
Police report that they got the call around 7:45 p.m. for a man shot; the victim was later taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.
The shooting happened following an argument, and police say the investigation is ongoing. No suspects are in custody, police added.
