ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn more after seeing Rochester Police officers surround a house on Rauber Street off North Clinton Avenue on Thursday night.
Our photojournalist saw some officers draw their guns as they approached the house around 11:30 p.m. Police shut down some streets for the investigation on the city’s northeast side.
