ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A sea of yellow daffodils has already bloomed at Mount Hope Cemetery in Rochester.
News10NBC went to the cemetery on Thursday to check on the Daffodil Project and found the flowers in full bloom. The Daffodil Project is an initiative started by Bill Whitney back in 2022 to fill the cemetery with the beautiful flowers.
100,000 blooms are expected there this spring.
More information on the project can be found on the Daffodil Project’s website, here.
