GATES, N.Y. — Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies are still looking for answers 19 years after a man went missing in Gates.
Brian Sullivan, who was 19 at the time, was last seen at a Burger King on Chili Avenue in Gates on July 8, 2007. Sullivan’s car was recovered, but found abandoned later that day at the end of Lettington Street in Gates, near a wooded area. The last anyone saw or heard from him was when he left a friend a voicemail at 6:10 a.m. that Sunday.
Deputies have said they believe Sullivan is dead, along with the lead suspect in the case. But deputies are still looking for information.
Anyone with information is asked to email mcsotips@monroecounty.gov.
