BRISTOL, N.Y. — A Honeoye man is facing charges after Ontario County sheriff’s deputies say he hit another man with a track loader.
Deputies say Eric Button was recklessly operating the construction machine on Jan. 26 in Bristol, and hit a 35-year-old man. They say that man suffered a serious injury as a result.
Button is charged with assault in the second degree.
