ROCHESTER, N.Y. — An app called GreenPal is expanding services to Rochester, connecting users with local snow removal workers.
The app connects users with pre-screened snow removal professionals.
Users will be able to list their home that needs service and the desired date to be completed.
The snow service workers can then bid on which property they are willing to do service on. In return, the user can then choose which service worker they want by vendor ratings, reviews, and price of the service.
After the completion of the service, the vendor will send time-stamped photos of the job.
“After successfully launching in 250 other markets, we are excited to help homeowners in Rochester find reliable, safe, and local snow removal,” said co-founder Gene Caballero.
Payment is done through the GreenPal app.
