ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A woman, 31, is recovering after being shot on South Plymouth Avenue near Fenwick Street on Sunday night.
Rochester Police responded just before 10:40 p.m. and found the victim with at least one lower-body gunshot wound. An ambulance took her to the hospital, and she is expected to survive.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw officers shut down part of South Plymouth Avenue while investigating what led up to the shooting. No suspects are in custody. Police are asking anyone with information to call 911.
