ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A woman has died after being hit by a pickup truck on Lexington Avenue near Kodak Park on Tuesday morning.
Rochester Police say it happened as she was crossing the street just before 7 a.m. The driver stayed at the scene to perform CPR on the woman. An ambulance then rushed her to the hospital, where she died.
