EAST BLOOMFIELD, N.Y. — A 29-year-old woman has been arrested after Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies she was caught on camera yelling at a child and slamming them down.
Deputies say it happened Wednesday just before 11 a.m. They say Heather Carlson was seen on camera slamming a child down onto their back and then screamed in the child’s face as a result of being upset about a diaper.
Carlson’s actions caused the child to scream and cry, and likely harmed the mental, moral, and/or physical welfare of the child.
Carlson is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
