ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A water main break near the Blue Cross Arena in downtown Rochester has forced police to close part of Exchange Boulevard.
Reports of the break started to come in just before 2:30 a.m. on Thursday. Crews are working to make repairs. This comes a month after a water main break on Culver Road and Meredith Street that flooded at least 10 basements and caused other damage to homes.
