ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A large police scene unfolded on Rochester’s north side Tuesday evening. Rochester Police found two gunshot victims in the area of Conkey Avenue and Avenue D at around 9:56 p.m.
Police said neither victim’s injuries were life-threatening. One, a 27-year-old man, was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, and the other, a 44-year-old woman, was taken to Rochester General Hospital.
There are no suspects in custody as of 11:24 p.m.
News10NBC crews observed about a dozen officers and a K-9 unit were behind yellow tape. Many other people gathered around the scene.
