ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Beginning on Thursday, a part of St. Paul Street in the downtown area between Ward and Cumberland streets will be a one-way street due to an underpass project.
The northbound lane will stay open, working as a one-way street, as the southbound lane will close soon due to underpass work.
The project is expected to be completed by Thursday, Feb. 5 of this year.
The southbound lane will have a detour sign.
People should expect delays and are asked to follow directions throughout the project.
