ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A driver and a person who was almost hit by a car were both arrested on Sunday following a crash on West Main Street near Canal Street.
Rochester Police say the driver of a white SUV lost control, hit the back of a parked car, and possibly grazed a person just after 5 p.m. Officers say the driver, a 51-year-old woman, was arrested for DWI-related offenses.
Officers also say the person, a 27-year-old man, is facing weapons charges. He reported having lower-body pain, but didn’t seek medical attention
Both cars were towed from the scene. On Sunday, there was also a multi-vehicle crash on I-590 South and a crash involving a car that rolled over into the median on I-590 near the Browncroft Boulevard Exit.
