ROCHESTER, N.Y. — As a cold front pushes strong winds through the Rochester region on Friday morning, we’re tracking property damage and power outages.
In Hilton, a tree fell onto a home and destroyed a fence on Sherwood Drive. News10NBC saw a Hilton Fire Department truck at the scene, working to clear the tree. People were inside the home, but no one was hurt. RG&E was called because power was still on in the home.
We’re also tracking nearly 300 power outages across Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, Ontario, and Orleans counties. You can see the latest outage numbers for RG&E customers here, NYSEG customers here, and National Grid customers here.
