ONTARIO, N.Y. — Around 4 p.m. on Sunday, a water main broke in the Town of Ontario, spilling onto Knickerbocker and Lake roads.
Chief Water Plant Operator Chad Pitre asks residents to boil water for two days, as the main gets fixed.
We were told by Pitre that Knickerbocker and Lake roads are closed due to the break.
