BANGKOK, Dec 27 (Reuters) – Thailand and Cambodia have signed a ceasefire agreement on Saturday, Cambodia’s defence ministry said in a statement, following three days of talks between the Southeast Asian neighbours who have been locked in fierce border clashes for weeks.
