KNOXVILLE, TENN., The man accused of the deadly shooting at the Wegmans warehouse in Gates on July 26 was arraigned in a Tennessee courtroom Wednesday morning.

Kyshonn Green was arraigned in Knoxville. He’s charged with being a fugitive from justice. Gates Police say he fled New York after shooting and killing 25-year-old J’Mere Ridley-Smith.

Police say the U.S. Marshalls investigated and found Green in Knoxville the next day, where he had a loaded gun. They also say he will be extradited to New York at some point, to face murder charges.
