ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Brain Injury Association of New York honored Chauntell Feeney, a Rochester resident, at the annual March On for Brain Injury Walk at Seneca Park on Saturday.
Feeney experienced severe headaches and other symptoms that left her unable to walk or speak. Despite these challenges, the Brain Injury Association said Feeney keeps her spirits high.
Feeney plays sports and recently threw a pitch at a Red Wings game. She also raised money for the walk. The event brought together survivors, caregivers, and professionals to honor everyone impacted by brain injuries.
