Sisters behind colorful whipped cream company share how they won $250,000 in statewide competition

 

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Leaders of a local company shared their pitch that won them statewide recognition at a networking event in Rochester.

Whipnotic is a colorful whipped cream product with a patented nozzle developed at Cornell’s Food Venture Center in Geneva. It was created by sisters Lori and Tracy.

The sisters won $250,000 in last year’s Grow-NY competition. They shared their experience with other aspiring entrepreneurs at the Commissary on East Main Street.
