CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — On Thursday, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said they got a call about a boat that capsized on Canandaigua Lake, causing two occupants to fall into the water.

According to the sheriff’s office, the victims were picked up by a nearby boat and brought to shore.
The Canandaigua Emergency Squad later checked the two occupants, and then released them.
The boat was towed to shore by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Marine Patrol.
Both occupants were wearing life jackets when to boat capsized.
