ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say they’re questioning several people after responding to a call for a domestic disturbance, possibly involving a gun, on Tuesday night.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw officers swarm a neighborhood around Ridgeway Avenue and Summit Grove Park around 11:30 p.m. on the city’s northwest side. Some officers had guns drawn.
Officers shut down the area, saying it was in abundance of caution as they worked to make contact with the people in the home. The area has since reopened.
There’s no word on any arrests or charges. RPD says it’s still investigating. Check back for updates.
