ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say an SUV hit a parked car on Wednesday morning, forcing the car into the porch of a home on Chili Avenue near Somerset Street.
It happened just before 1:45 a.m. News10NBC’s photojournalist saw the car resting against the porch. Police say the home wasn’t seriously damaged and there are no reported injuries.
Investigators determined that the SUV was speeding when it hit the parked car, then took off. Officers found the SUV nearby with no one inside. RPD is still investigating.
