ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Crowds filled the streets of downtown Rochester Saturday for the city’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Despite chilly temperatures and gusty winds, many people lined the streets to watch the parade and take part in the festivities. Marchers, bands and community groups made their way through the parade route dressed in green.
