ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating after someone fired shots on Moulson Street off Norton Street on the city’s northeast side.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw officers shut down the area with crime scene tape just after midnight on Wednesday. We also saw an ambulance leaving the scene.
