Rochester man pleads guilty to selling narcotics

 

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 31-year-old man pleaded guilty to federal charges related to selling narcotics

Gary Fuller, of Rochester, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, five kilograms or more of cocaine, 280 grams or more of crack cocaine, and 400 grams or more of fentanyl, and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Between 2021-2024, federal prosecutors say Fuller worked with four others to sell cocaine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine within Monroe County.

According to prosecutors, Fuller packaged narcotics for sale, coordinated drop offs of narcotics and pickups of proceeds from the workers at sale locations on Angle Street, and directed the payment of salaries to workers.

In January 2024, investigators executed search warrants at various locations Fuller and the others used to store, process, package, and sell cocaine and fentanyl.

The following things were seized during the searches:

  • 12 firearms
  • About $31,800 cash
  • 210 grams of fentanyl
  • 919 grams of cocaine
  • 109 grams of crack cocaine
  • 1300 capsules of crack cocaine
  • 933 capsules of fentanyl
  • drug paraphernalia
  • Numerous cell phones
  • Rolex watch
  • Money counter
  • 2017 Chevy Tahoe

Fuller is set to be sentenced in January 2027. He faces a minimum of 15 years in prison, a maximum of life, and a $10,00,000 fine.
