ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester police have arrested a man for a bank robbery that happened on Saturday.
RPD says 59-year-old Terry Manuel went into the ESL Credit Union on North Goodman Street and demanded cash from the teller, and ran off once he got the money.
Manuel is on parole for a 2004 homicide conviction. He was sentenced to 25 to life but was released in 2024.
He was taken into custody on Thursday afternoon when he showed up to a meeting with his parole officer. He’s charged with robbery and grand larceny.
