ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester man faces charges following a child exploitation investigation by state police.
Troopers arrested Adam Hawley on Jan. 27 after he turned himself in. Police began investigating in 2024 after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Investigators tracked online activity to a home on Alvin Place, where they seized several electronic devices.
Hawley was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child.
He is out on an appearance ticket and is due in court next Tuesday.
