The Red Osier Landmark Restaurant withdrew its lawsuit against Sunny’s Restaurant in Batavia. Back in March, Red Osier had accused Sunny’s of stealing trade secret recipes for dishes like “signature prime rib” and “bourbon-glazed salmon.”
“Red Osier never produced any evidence their recipes were stolen before withdrawing the lawsuit,” the attorney for Sunny’s said in an email.
In a statement on social media, the owners of Red Osier said they were satisfied that their recipes, brand and heritage are secure.
