Police: Suspect invited by relative took over Greece home for drugs and prostitution

 

GREECE, N.Y. — Greece Police arrested eight people during a drugs and trespassing investigation.

Officials say the months-long investigation started after suspicions of drugs trafficking and prostitution at a house on Ridgecrest Drive. Officers learned that Sariek Rutledge was invited to the house by a relative of the homeowner, and then took over. They say he changed the locks, invited people over, and kicked the homeowner out.

Greece Police SWAT Team used a search warrant to get in the house on August 5 and arrested the following:

Roosevelt Speed is charged with:

  • Criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd (Intent to Sell)
  • Criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd
  • Criminal trespass 2nd

Shariek Rutledge is charged with:

  • Grand larceny 2nd
  • Criminal Trespass

Brittany Hollaert, Dunia Amireh, Shaqera Lee,Yanira Lopez, and Brandon Smith were charged with criminal trespassing in the second degree.

Mary Mickolichik was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
