GREECE, N.Y. — Greece Police say the passenger involved in a deadly crash on West Ridge Road in Greece on Jan. 17 has died as a result of his injuries.

According to police, 42-year-old Craig Cavallaro was driving on West Ridge Road on Saturday, Jan. 17, when he hit another vehicle at the intersection of West Ridge and Elmgrove Road. Cavallaro was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say a dog also died in the crash.
The driver of the vehicle hit, 25-year-old Riesen Kimmerly, and the passenger, 28-year-old Tyler Underwood, were brought to the hospital with serious injuries.
Underwood was pronounced dead on Thursday. On Jan. 19, police said Kimmerly still remained in the hospital in serious condition.
Police say they are still investigating the crash, and more updates are expected to be released at a later time. Check back later as News10NBC learns more.
