ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn more about a police investigation involving guns drawn on Niagara Street.
A News10NBC photojournalist at the scene said he heard Rochester police calling someone to get out of a house.
The standoff went on for over an hour. First Street off Bay Street was blocked off by the time we got to the scene.
