EAST ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The historic Piano Works building in East Rochester remains without a new owner after an auction held earlier this month.

The property, located on West Commercial Street, did not attract any buyers, as the reserve price set by the owners was not met, a real estate broker said. The owners are now reviewing their next steps.
Once the largest manufacturer of pianos in the world, the Piano Works building is now a mixed-use space featuring retail, dining, office, and studio areas.
