Over 4K RG&E customers without power as storms roll in

 

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Over 4,300 RG&E customers are without power as of 6:30 p.m. Friday.

These outages come as News10NBC tracks several rounds of storms for Friday night. In Wayne County, there are 723 customers without power. For the latest RG&E outage numbers, click here.

Tree branch down at Pinnacle Apartments

Our crew saw a large tree branch down outside of Pinnacle Apartments on South Clinton Avenue.

A viewer sent us this photo of a tree down in Macedon.

Other power outages

People on Amherst Street in Rochester lost power for more than two days after they say high winds knocked a tree onto power lines Wednesday afternoon.

Many customers were also without power Wednesday and Thursday after localized storm damages.
