ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Nominations for the ESL Heart of Service Awards opened Tuesday. These awards honor exceptional volunteers in the Rochester region.
Nominations will be accepted until March 15. If you know someone who consistently dedicates their time to helping others and works behind the scenes to improve lives, consider nominating them for this recognition.
