LYONS, N.Y. — A mother pleaded not guilty Tuesday to child abuse charges involving her then 6-week-old twins in Wayne County.
Brittany Spicer is back in jail tonight facing charges including assault and reckless assault of a child. Her bail is set at $2,500.
The twins’ father, Camron Douglas, pleaded not guilty to the charges earlier this month. He is being held in jail without bail and is on parole for attempted robbery.
The twins were brought to Strong Memorial Hospital in March with injuries, including brain bleeds and broken bones.
