ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office is at the scene of a serious multi-car crash on the eastbound lanes of the Inner Loop, near the St. Paul overpass, on Friday.
At least three cars appear to be involved in the crash and multiple eastbound lanes are shut down.
