MCSO: Monroe County sheriff deputy charged with stalking

 

PENFIELD, N.Y. — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy with their office has been arrested.

Sean Mayo, 44, was arrested Monday and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree and stalking in the third degree.

The sheriff’s office says Mayo turned himself in Monday. He was arraigned and his bail is set to $2,500 cash or bond.

Mayo works as a Police Bureau Deputy with the sheriff’s office and is suspended pending an internal investigation.
