Markus Graham pleaded guilty to manslaughter on Thursday. On Jan. 29, 2025, Rochester Police officers and firefighters responded to Coulton Place and found Jesse Jamison dead in the driver’s seat of a burning car that had crashed.
Prosecutors say Jamison also had a gunshot wound to the temple. Investigators say Graham shot Jamison following an earlier conflict that day. Investigators also say that after Graham shot him, the car crashed into an empty parked car, which then caught fire.
Officers arrested Graham a few months after the shooting and crash happened. Graham was originally charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
