ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man in his 40 has serious injuries after a shooting Lake Avenue near the Twin Beeches apartment community on Thursday morning.
Rochester Police arrived around 5:15 a.m. and had to apply a tourniquet to control the bleeding. An ambulance took the man to Strong Hospital and he is expected to survive.
RPD has no suspects in custody and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
