LIVINGSTON COUNTY, N.Y. — The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Caledonia man for allegedly attempting to sexually abuse a child.
Deputies said Nathan Greenleaf, 35, sent sexual messages to what he believed was a 13-year-old girl. However, the recipient was actually a decoy.
Officials said Greenleaf attempted to meet the girl multiple times for sex. Greenleaf was charged with disseminating indecent material to minors and criminal possession of a firearm.
Deputies said they found an unregistered pistol in his possession.
