ROCHESTER, N.Y. On Sunday at 7 a.m., a man in his 40s was found dead in the backyard
behind a house on Oscar Street.
Police said he was shot and pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives believe the male may have been shot earlier in the morning and was not found until about 7 a.m.
Officials said the home was vacant and being used for drug sales. The investigation is ongoing.
