ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The man accused of raping a young woman was arraigned in Monroe County Court Tuesday morning.
Wayne Plummer pleaded not guilty to rape and sexual abuse. Police say he posed as a driving instructor and raped an 18-year-old student at his apartment back in May.

His arraignment had been postponed while he was in psychiatric care. Plummer is due back in court in October.
