PALMYRA, N.Y. — A juvenile has been arrested after Palmyra Police say they sexually abused their younger sibling.
On Sept. 19, 2025, police say the victim said they endured sexual abuse for several years. Police say the offender had repeated sexual contact with their sibling from about 2018-2023.
The juvenile was charged Wednesday with incest, criminal sexual act, course of sexual conduct against a child, and sexual abuse. They were processed at the Palmyra Police Department and released to a legal guardian with appearance tickets.
Police say the name and photo of the juvenile charged to protect the identity of the child victim.
